The merger of the EKP platform with EKAMEV Portal has limited pre-April 16th pensioners’ ability to access crucial information.

We are ,therefore, sharing the email sent to the Chief General Manager-in-Charge of the Department of Information Technology at the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regarding EKAMEV—a centralized platform for accessing important information related to pensioners and retirement circulars. Unfortunately, pensioners who retired prior to April 2016 do not currently have access to this portal, creating an unnecessary distinction within the same group of RBI retirees. Previously, all retirees enjoyed access to EKP (ekp.rbi.org.in) for the required information. The merger of the EKP platform with EKAMEV has limited pre-April 16th pensioners’ ability to access crucial information.

As a result, we have made the following requests to the CGM, DIT:
1. Grant pre-April 16th pensioners access to EKAMEV on par with post-April 16th retirees.
2. Expedite the processing of access requests submitted by pre-April 16 retirees with valid credentials.
