AIRBIOPF has updated a web application that includes a directory of holiday homes specifically for RBI retirees. This directory contains information about all available holiday homes as of July, 2024.
User has to log in with email to access the Application. It may be installed on the mobile as well as laptop/desktop.
This is the main screen. By clicking on the photo, user will get all the details of the Holiday Home as shown on the next screen as shown below. The Places of visit have been grouped under each Controlling office. Next to search bar is a filter (—) which gives all the options to choose from. Or in search bar you can enter 3 starting letters of the name of place / controlling office to get the desired information.
Details screen-The user may use the ‘Google map’ for the address and location of the Holiday Home. By clicking on the ‘Bookings’ the next screen for booking of Holiday Home shall be shown. At the bottom of the screen are three options to choose directly the screens.
Booking Screen shows all the Booking Offices. On clicking the office (it is required), email address of the booking office will be generated below, and by clicking the email address /icon, a draft email will be generated through the default email client of the user, which may be sent to the office after filling in the details. Samadhan ID is a must.
Conditions tab shows the booking restrictions for retirees. By clicking each arrow, the user can view the details. At the bottom, a link is given to download the draft application for booking.
We hope the web application will be helpful to the members; And they will no longer need to search long excel files/data to get details about their place of visit. Although all efforts have been made to share the information accurately, omissions, if any, be intimated for further improvement.
This directory will be instantly updated, when any new Holiday home is added or removed from the list, after instructions in the matter are circulated by the Bank.
