In Memoriam: K. Balakrishnan
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the untimely passing of our esteemed colleague and friend, K. Balakrishnan. Balakrishnan was a dedicated officer who retired under the OERS Scheme. He served as the Secretary of the Kochi Unit of OERS Optees.
He was an enthusiastic and active member of the All India RBI OERS Pensioners Forum. He participated in national conferences held in Nagpur and Kolkata, which are still vivid in our memories.
Known for his jovial nature and infectious optimism, he was a constant source of joy and camaraderie among his colleagues. His untimely departure leaves a void in our hearts.
He is survived by his wife and two daughters.

K. Balakrishnan was a man who loved life. Just last March, he embarked on a 10,000 km road trip across India with his wife and brother. This adventure was a testament to his adventurous spirit and love for life. He was always cheerful, connected with his colleagues, and brought joy wherever he went. His sudden passing has left a void that can not be filled. We are heartbroken and will miss him dearly.
