The bank has extended the RBI- (MAFS)-Group Mediclaim Policy (2024) for retired MAFS members until March 31, 2025, with M/s New India Assurance Co. Ltd., under the existing terms and conditions. The policy will cover all hospitalizations starting January 1, 2025.

In case of reimbursement, intimation of hospitalisation should be done within 30
days from the date of admission or before March 31, 2025, whichever is earlier.
Further, claims along with all relevant documents must be submitted to the respective
TPAs within 45 days from the date of discharge. The claim will be settled by TPAs
within 15 days, provided all documents are submitted and are in order.
