Bank has decided to issue specially designed smart chip-based identity cards to the retiring/retired employees. Retirees may exchange the old card for new ones after the intimation is received by them.

Offices will issue new identity card with green lanyard to the retiring employee on surrendering the existing identity card. Offices have to ensure that the fresh ID card is presented to the retiring employee on his / her last  working day in the Bank.

The new Smart Cards would be valid up to 31st October 2021 extendable for a further period of one year.

The printing of Smart Cards shall be undertaken at the four centers viz. Mumbai , New Delhi, Kolkata and Chennai for four regions as indicated in operational guidelines.
