Labour Bureau, M/o Labour and employment have made available the following All India Consumer Price Index numbers (AICPINs) for the quarter ending 31st June 2020:

As all the pensioners, (other than family Pensioners), are being paid Dearness relief based on CPI=4440, the increase in DR effective for the half year August 20 to January 21 comes to 16 slabs (1.60%) which works out to 77.5% of Basic Pension.
(ii) The Dearness Relief in respect of all family pensioners who are being paid DR based on CPI= 2836 will be 176.40 % of Family Pension.
Rate of Dearness Relief in respect of ex-gratia recipients: 1162.45 %.
(iii) The in service employees will get 14 slabs more.

After updation of pension all pensioners are getting same% of increase irrespective of date of retirement.
